These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of pixamon.quest (the "Website") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the Website.
The Website is operated by Pixamon Quest (ABN 29 742 185 864), a sole trader based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Pixamon Quest. You can contact us at support@pixamon.quest.
We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes to the Website, our products, or the law. The current version will always be available on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continuing to use the Website after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may also suspend or restrict access to the Website, in part or entirely, at any time (for example for maintenance) without it affecting orders you've already placed.
You can browse the Website without an account, but you'll need to create one to check out, view order history, or save addresses. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know straight away at support@pixamon.questif you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
We sell trading cards, including singles and graded cards, and separately showcase items in our personal collection that aren't for sale. Prices on the Website are shown and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. We try to keep pricing, descriptions, photos and stock levels accurate, but errors can happen. A card described or priced incorrectly doesn't have to be honoured, and we'll contact you if that happens on an order you've placed. We may add, remove or change what's available, and adjust prices, at any time before you complete an order.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is successfully processed and your order is confirmed. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we don't store your full card details ourselves. We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, for example if a card turns out to be unavailable, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud, in which case we'll refund any payment already taken.

Risk in a card passes to you once it's delivered to the address you provided, so please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we're not responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
See our Refund Policy for how returns and refunds work. Nothing in that policy or these Terms limits any guarantee or remedy you're entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law (see clause 12 below).
We describe each card's condition as accurately as we can, and photos are taken to represent the actual card where possible, but lighting, screens and scanning can cause minor differences in colour or glare. For cards graded by a third-party grading company (such as PSA, ACE, TAG or APH), the grade shown is that company's own assessment, sealed in their slab at the time of grading. We're not the grader and don't independently re-verify or guarantee their grade.
The Website's design, text, graphics and branding (including the Pixamon Quest name and logo) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Card images, names and related trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to describe and identify the products we sell. You may view and download pages from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you can't otherwise reproduce, republish or exploit any of it without our permission.
The Website may link to third-party websites, such as grading companies or payment providers, for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk.
The Website uses cookies for things like keeping you signed in and remembering your cart. See our Privacy Policy for details on cookies and how we handle your personal information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other law that can't lawfully be excluded. Where the ACL applies and permits us to limit our liability, our liability is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so.
To the extent permitted by law, the Website is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. This clause doesn't limit any guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for any dispute arising from them or your use of the Website.
